Because the sweetness of a low price quickly disappears but the bitterness of broken promises lingers for a long time.
No car is made perfect. Problems do occur with even the most expensive or most reliable brands. A dealers reputation and his sincere desire to handle every problem quickly and honestly with an eye toward maintaining satisfied customers becomes the most important aspect of who you choose to purchase from.
We have learned very early that if we satisfied a customer with repairs, they would come back the next time their car needed service. We also learned that if an unhappy customer ever came back it would be to complain.
To paraphrase the BMW of Austin Philosophy, "Customer satisfaction is not the most important thing, it is the only thing!" At BMW of Austin we truly believe in this statement.
